Questions to settle before pickup day.
These answers define the usual planning boundary. Final acceptance and scope must be confirmed for the specific appliance and address.
Do appliances need to be disconnected?+
Yes. Removal begins after gas, plumbing, drain, hardwired power, water lines, and installed mounting points have been safely handled as applicable.
Can a refrigerator still contain food or ice?+
No. Empty it, defrost it when needed, remove standing water, and secure loose shelves before pickup.
What details affect an estimate?+
Type, count, size, weight, condition, floor, stairs, doorway clearance, loading distance, special handling, and receiving requirements can all matter.
Do you remove window air conditioners?+
Window and portable room units are listed services when intact, disconnected, and accepted for the specific request. Do not cut sealed refrigerant parts.
Is municipal bulk pickup the same service?+
No. Municipal programs usually require curbside placement and have their own dates and rules. Private removal may include carrying from inside when that scope is confirmed.
Are hours published?+
Hours are not published. Call availability should not be assumed until the operator answers or returns the call.
